I have no name for this recipe. I had pulled out some flank steaks and forgotten about them and didn't have anything to cook in a traditional way so... I cleaned out the frig. We had spinach going bad, long cooked bacon, shallot and onion already cut/drying out and a slice of blue cheese that had seen better says.
It was SO GOOD!
Sauteed shallot and onion
Bang out flank steak with mallet to 1/3 inch and the spread mix over one side. Roll up. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll in flour
Saute in olive oil on all side and then bake for 20‐30 minutes
