What Size Freezer Do I Need?

We suggest a 16 cubic foot for a whole and a 7-8 cubic foot for a half.

How Long Will It Last In The Freezer?

As long as you handle the vacuum bags well and do not pop the seals, we find beef lasts over 1 year in the freezer without any issues.

GRASS Finished - Is It Really?

Our grass finished option has never seen corn. They are pasture raised and pasture finished. The closest they get to corn is when they are in the field next to it with a fence in between.

What Cuts Do I Get?

It is 100% custom cut to your specifications. If you want every single cut, limited ground beef and even the bones - we can make that happen. If you just want steaks, brisket and ground beef - we can make that happen.

What Is They Deposit?

The deposit for a half is $100. The deposit for a whole is $200. Butcher date is not confirmed until we receive the deposit.

What Payments Do You Take?

Cash - Check - Credit Card - Paypal - Venmo

When Is Final Payment Due?

Final payment is due 1-2 weeks before your butcher date.
