1 Barnard Beef Tri-Tip - Trimmed
Hard Core Carnivore Seasonings
1 Onion
8 Baby Bella Mushrooms
2 T Tomato Paste
4 Cloves Garlic
1/2 C Red Wine
2 T Worchwstershire
Sprinkle of Seasonings
Oregano
Basil
Parsley
Onion Flakes
Optional - Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Rosemary - whatever you like
Put the everything in the bottom of the pot. Sprinkle with desired Seasonings. Give it a stir. Put the tri-tip covered in HardCore on top. Seal lid and pressure cook for 50 mins.
That's it. I did add some Xanthum gum to the sauce at the end and put on saute to thicken up. Served with fresh garden squash from the Herrington's in Oglesby!
