I was really happy with the pork we received and have purchased and professionally fed out several show animals from local kids! 
 
A half hog includes 60-80 pounds of pork in the various cuts below. The $100 deposit will go towards the full price of $600. Cuts will already be selected - pork chops, ribs, ham (cured and smoked), pork butt, BACON.
 
If you would like a whole includes 120-180 pounds  for $1000, please add TWO halves deposits to your cart. That is the only way to keep the inventory correct given how fast these things go! If selecting a whole, you can select all your own cuts and smoking/curing.
 
What does our guarantee mean? We are fairly new to pork but are trying to maintain the same business structure of taking full payment and paying the butcher ourselves so it is easier on you AND the butcher. That being said - if the pig dresses out small and does not meet the 100 or 200 pounds guarantee, just take a photo of the boxes that have the weights written on them and send it to me. We will refund your original payment method within 48 hours (sometimes immediately, but if I'm in the field - it might take a bit).
