This box includes 35 pounds of ground beef.
Our ground is an 80/20 blend but if you are accustom to grocery store ground beef it will cook more like a 90/10 blend since it does not all the additives.
Beef is packaged in ~1 pound packages.

Ground Beef and Boxes Note: Our ground beef is sold by the pound, not by the package. Small processors are unable to make the exact 1# packages the big boys are able to create. Therefore, we pack your boxes on a scale to make sure you get exactly what you ordered. It might be 34 packages, but I can guarantee that the beef inside will be 35 pounds.
