**Offal is only guaranteed for Wholes. If you have a half you will not receive offal.** The butchers are unable to track requests for offal on halves.
 
 If you have never had grass-finished/grain-finished beef, please call our office before making this deposit or select the grain-finished option. Grass-finished beef will be much smaller and has a different flavor profile than grain-finished beef.  We want to avoid any surprises for our customers. 
 
How Will I Get My Beef?
We will have local delivery options between Temple, Belton, Killeen, Gatesville, McGregor, Waco, DFW, Bryan, College Station, Austin or you pick up at our processor in Lott.
