Barnard Beef Teriyaki Bowls - Heather Karl Dean
One of our customers shared this amazing looking recipe so I wanted to get it on the site for others to try!
5 hours before dinner...
1 pkg Tenderized Round Steak
1 C Teriyaki Marinade
Cut steak into pieces (large chunks) and put in crock pot on low for 4 hours with marinade.
1 hour before dinner...
Chopped Veggies: 3 Green Onions, 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1 Yellow Squash, 1 Zucchini. Cook on low for 1 more hour.
Serve over boiled white or brown rice. Topped with some fresh green onion and red bell pepper for an extra crunch!
